Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – ALTR NATIV

Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their bookings (hotels/workations) for free up to 7 days before the check-in date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Charges: Payment gateway charges incurred during booking are non-refundable.

Cancellations Within 7 Days or No-Show: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date or for no-shows (failure to arrive on the check-in date).

Date Changes: Changes to check-in or check-out dates are not permitted. Guests wishing to modify their booking dates must cancel the existing reservation and make a new booking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you at ALTR NATIV!



Hotel Policy

  • Age Policy: ALTR NATIV welcomes guests aged 18 and above to our boutique properties. Guests under 18 years are not permitted in the hotels.

  • Identification Requirements: At check-in, every guest must present a valid, government-approved photo ID.

Accepted IDs include:

Indian Citizens: Passport, Aadhar, Driver’s License, Voter ID (PAN cards are not accepted)
Foreign Nationals: Passport with a valid visa
Guests with local IDs may stay, except where restrictions apply (specific properties may not allow guests with local IDs).

  • Safety and Behavior: ALTR NATIV is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Non-resident guests are welcome between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM but not in private rooms or dorms.
  • Community Living: Dormitory accommodations are shared spaces designed to foster connections. Group requests are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Food and Beverage: Outside food is not permitted. ALTR-CAFE operates typically from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 6:00 PM–midnight.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in select private rooms. Not allowed in dorms. Guest is responsible for any damages.
  • Payments: 50% prepayment required. We accept cash, cards, and UPI.
  • Liability: Guests are responsible for their belongings. ALTR NATIV is not liable for loss or theft. Damages will be charged.
  • Alcohol, Smoking, Prohibited Substances: Allowed only in designated areas. Drugs are strictly prohibited and lead to eviction.
  • Technology: Use our app for contactless check-in, food orders, activity bookings, and a seamless experience.
  • Long-Term Stays: Not promoted. Long bookings may be canceled at our discretion.
  • Surveillance: CCTV is present to ensure guest safety.
  • Group Bookings: Not accepted. Multiple names under one group will be treated as group and may be refused.

Group Booking Policy

We do not accept large group bookings by default. ALTR NATIV is designed for mindful travelers and small, organic connections, not tour-style check-ins.

However, if you're looking to book the entire hotel for a special gathering or retreat, we’re happy to consider it. Such requests must be made well in advance, and approval will depend on availability, timing, and team bandwidth.

Multiple individual bookings intended to bypass this policy may be cancelled without refund.
